Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide here. They’re also located above the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide tracked shipping from our warehouses in the USA by Asendia and USPS. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. You can read more about our shipping policies here.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What are the shipping times?

Shipping times are estimated to be between 2 - 5 business days for orders to the U.S and 10 - 30 business days for international orders. Higher order volumes may cause shipping delays.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and provide a picture of the defective product and we will provide a replacement or refund as preferred.

Unfortunately, due to our products being made to order, we currently don't provide exchanges and refunds for buyer's remorse.

Items can only be refunded with 15 days of the delivery date.
